My in-home support package is suitable for most families and can be used for all ages from 3 weeks to 4 years old. It provides the benefit of in home one to one support where I can provide demonstration and support as we help guide your little one to better sleep.

In my experience this kind of support in the comfort of your own home facilitates the best and quickest progress. This package includes the following:

• To get started I will email you an intake form to fill out to help me get to know you and your baby. The more details you put in this the better!
• At our initial home consult, I will get to know you and your baby/toddler and together we will design your sleep aims/goals?
• From there I will use my knowledge, experience, and skills to design a personalised sleep assessment, daily guide and a step-by-step plan of how we will work towards meeting your baby’s sleep needs.  You will have this via email before our next visit and then as a hard copy. 
• Our next home consult will be an opportunity for us to talk as well as begin implementing the steps of our sleep plan. 
• For the next 2 weeks I will be available for daily phone support (Monday-Friday 8am-8pm) 
• A follow up home consult during the second week to evaluate initial progress and make any necessary changes. This visit can also be earlier if need be.
• You will have the opportunity for FREE sound machine hire for the duration of your package if needed.
• At the end of my 2 weeks of support we will evaluate our progress and I will provide COMPLIMENTARY “what comes next” information and routine guides as babies are forever changing!
